DJ
Youngster Don Diablo is the latest Dutch artist to explode on the worldwide scene. As a DJ Don rocks the crowd with a blend of punkfunk, breakbeat, house, rock and a lot of homemade bootlegs and edits, which makes his sound fresh, exciting and one of a kind. Don has played for nearly every renowned event or club on this planet, such as: Ministry of Sound, Gatecrasher, Lowlands, Mysteryland, Creamfields, Haoman 17, Turnmills, Innercity, Extrema Outdoor, ElectroNation, Dancevalley and the list goes on and on! Besides his obvious succes in the UK and Holland he also visited countries like Australia, Japan, the U.S.A, Brasil and Israel. As a DJ he has also released many mix-compilations and recently he was asked to co-host a monthly saturdaynight show on national radio in his own country.

The new Don Diablo compilation, ''Sellout Sessions 01'' (2CD) was released late 2005 and contains tracks from Moby, the Killers, Hard-Fi, Armand van Helden, Coburn, Sharam Jey, Plump DJ''s and of course several new Don Diablo releases incl. the hitsingle ''Blow'' (SS001), ''Wet Smoke'' (Spinnin') and his forthcoming floorfillers ''2Faced - Rock Music'' (Little Mountain Rec) and Don Diablo - ''Down the drain'' (Spinnin' Rec) .

Producer
Don is also a prolific producer, after releasing over 60 singles on many different labels, in many different styles and under many different guises, starting at age 15, in the summer of 2004 he released his first artist album: Don Diablo - '2Faced' (ID&T/Universal). The first two singles 'Useless' and 'Fade Away', both accompanied by a groundbreaking video, ended up in the billboard top 100 in his own country. His records have been getting plays from almost every big player in the scene and he is an in demand remixer. For his debutalbum Don worked with artists like General Levy, 16Down, MC Marxman and actor Todd Rotondi.

Don's latest hitsingles ''Who's your daddy'' (25) and ''Blow'' (26), taken from his forthcoming artist album, both took the billboard 100 charts in his own country by storm and resulted in his debut at Top of The Pops. "Divided' is one of Don's most succesfull sideprojects, which he likes to categorise as his no nonsense feelgood alter ego. Both 'Divided' singles, 'Easy Lover' (Spinnin' Records) and 'The Music, The People' (Extrema Music) ended up storming the charts as well as daytime radio and got signed to many different countries.

What else!?
This year Don was also nominated for ''Best Dance Artist'' alongside Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten and Junkie XL at the prestigious 3FM Awards. At the annual ''Release Dance Awards'' of 2005 Don was the only Dutch artist that was nominated in the category ''Best Electro/Punk'' artist alongside Vitalic, Tiefschwarz, Miss Kitten and Dr. Lektroluv and believe it or not, in 2005 he was also voted 'Most Sexy Male DJ' in his own country during the GK Awards!

And that's not all, every now and then he rocks the stage together with rockband '16Down' in one of their exclusive rockshows. On the charity front Don is one of the ambassadors for the 'Dance4Life' project an international actioncampaign that supports the ongoing struggle against aids. Don headlined their TV Broadcasted event at the Gelredome (VARA) in 2004 and continues to give his support in many other ways. Besides all this Don also found time to make music for the 2005 Dutch TMF/Mtv Awards Campaign, a motion picture ('Flirt'), several commercials (incl. Nike) and he recieved raving reviews in the press for his contribution to the children's musical 'Nanna s.o.s. Nanna' (Speeltheater Holland).

And last but not least, Don has also been occupied with making his own visual productions for several projects including his own DVD which is included with his album '2Faced'. His slogan? ''Confusion is only the beginning!''
